Patrick Sherman has spent over 20 years providing top-notch technical support to the Whidbey Island community. His interest in technology developed at age 13 when faced with the limitations of his very first computer. He was compelled to learn how to push its hardware beyond its intended limits and unlock its potential – igniting his passion for troubleshooting and digital problem-solving.

Throughout his journey, Patrick has kept up with the latest technological advancements in cyber security, infrastructure, and digital communication systems. His dedication to continuous learning and professional growth has allowed him to effectively assist a diverse range of clients – from individuals to small businesses.

Alongside his technical skills, Patrick is known for his patient, compassionate, relatable approach to customer service. He understands the stress that comes with technical issues and strives to not only solve problems but also offer support and reassurance.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys getting outdoors with his family, model building, reading science fiction, and miniature painting.
